Tinted lip balms are underrated. They can give your face that instant glow with no effort at all, but they don’t get the same hype that lipsticks do. As I was given an opportunity by Lioele to try out some of their lip products, I thought of giving my fellow makeup junkies some options – 3 different ways to wear tinted lip balm. I’m sure by the end of this blog post, you’d have appreciated tinted lip balms 10x more! 🙂

“No Makeup” Makeup Look

This trick is timeless. It’s us women’s go-to look when we have errands to run but we still want to look cute. LOL! Admit it, sometimes it feels weird stepping out of the house with no makeup on. So when you want to have that little “oomph”, just dab some tinted lip balm on your lips and you’re good to go! What’s nice about tinted lip balms are they usually carry natural looking “MLBB” colors, so you don’t have to worry about the shade.

HOW I DID THIS LOOK: To keep it fresh, I only applied my trusted concealer and foundation, pencil for my brows, one layer of mascara, a very light contour, and Lioele’s Bubi Bubi Lip Tinted Balm in Tropical Raspberry. It has a sweet pink color matched perfectly with a subtle cotton candy scent. This is perfect for you
if you’re a low maintenance kind of gal. Even better if you’re into pink shades!

This tinted lip balm is a 2-in-1 tinted stick and moisturizing balm so it’s long lasting and even keeps you lips moisturize the longer you have it on!

Everyday Look

Work Day? Events Day? Presentation Day? “Have Something Important To Do And I Need To Look Great” Day? Whatever (big) day it is, who says you can’t rock a tinted lip balm? Let your lips rest from your liquid lipsticks and put on a tinted lip balm instead.

HOW I DID THIS LOOK: For more drama, I added a simple layer of eyeliner and applied a subtle brown eyeshadow on my creases. These simple additions should be good enough to perk up your look. You can also powder your cheeks with a pink blush for that pop of color and to make your lip balm stand out more.

Gandang “Lip Balm” Lang

Women’s moods are very unpredictable. Sometimes we’re feeling sassy, sometimes we don’t care about the world. On days that you just feel really lazy to wear anything on your face and your definition of “dolled up” is a pair of jeans and a clean shirt, you can wear Bubi Bubi Tinted Balm by itself. Effortless!

HOW I DID THIS LOOK: I sometimes like to sport a tomboy look. That’s when may cap comes in handy. But I have dry lips so it’s easy for me to look pale, sick or downright bored. To add a little something on my face, a simple tinted balm usually does the trick. This is a good product if you don’t want that fuss-free look. You can even put it in your pocket and just re-apply during the day. BUT THEN AGAIN, it’s a tinted lip balm so even an oily meal won’t stop it from leaving a stain on your lips! I literally have nothing else on my face except Bubi Bubi Tint Balm in Tropical Raspberry. Dazz it! No concealer, no brows. No baby powder, even!
